Rex Wotton managed the West Coast Watersports center at Coral Reef hotel. It was just a short walk from Settlers Beach. They took hotel guest diving and on sailing excursions along the coast. He was an expert seafarer trained by the Royal Merchant Navy in ship navigation, sailing, diving, explosives, and marine work.
Rex was just one of the most enchanting Rogues in Paradise. He had an infectious sense of fun and used it to win over every situation.
Cruising to St. Vincent with a friend at just 11 years of age affirms to his sense of adventure. He urged many other to join him in high jinks and notorious excursions, making it all look safe, effortless, and fun. Sometimes daring, he took extraordinary but calculated risks.
